Club Selection for UBC State Championships

All members are invited to bring along their birds for inclusion into the club team. Birds should be rung 2024 and be fully barred (ie not showing signs of starting their first moult). Beginners and Intermediates may enter extra birds, but please bring them along as we often have gaps in our classes to be filled

UBC Team Selection Afternoon

Club team selection for the the Unbroken Cap (UBC) Championship, to be held the following week in Springvale.

Bring along your bubs, as long as they can stand on a perch for a couple of hours (say from 6-7 weeks old) but have not begun their 3 month old moult. Remember there are special entry rights for all Beginners and Intermediates but dont hesitate to bring yours along anyway for our mini show. prizes to the best birds on the day.

Afternoon tea provided.

What happened at the National Championships?

Rod will talk about the highlights of the National Championships held in Ballarat in June.

There will also be a general discussion about optimal feeding schedules for breeding pairs and their chicks. Everyone has different ideas and practices so come along and hear what we all have to say.
